Dr. Sarah Giasullo is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and Sport Injury Specialist. She is devoted to helping athletes/performers of all ages improve their performance and motivation through mental skills. Sarah also specializes in helping athletes/performers physically and mentally recover from injuries. She has supported many athletes in their college recruiting process, transition to college, and transition to the "real world". Sarah has expanded her work to all people who perform; whether someone is preparing for a game/performance, sitting for a big exam, or preparing for an interview. Sarah believes in a holistic approach to working with clients adapting the ethos from her doctoral program - mind, body, spirit - Tougher minds, Strong bodies, Better people.
Sarah is currently a professor at Lasell University. She is the Graduate Program Chair of Health Sciences and teaches in the Master of Science in Athletic Training Program. She holds a PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology, a MS in Exercise Science, a BS in Athletic Training, and a BA in Spanish. In addition to her extensive educational background, Sarah is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 Certified, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified (Pn1), and a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor. She was also a collegiate soccer athlete.
Sarah's background as an athlete, coach, teacher, and mentor, enables her to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about giving people the tools to unlock their own potential on the field/court/rink/stage and in everyday life.
